Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 3, 2026
The website ("Site") for Devlura ("Devlura", "We", "Our" or "Us") was created to provide software development services (the "Services"). The privacy of our Site visitors is important to us, and in order to protect your personal information we have implemented the following Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy discloses the type and nature of information we collect and how we use it, as well as the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. By exploring and using Devlura's Site and Services, and by submitting information to Devlura, you signify acceptance of the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first contact us at contact@devlura.com.
Updates and Changes to the Privacy Policy
In the event of a change in this policy, a revised Privacy Policy will be posted to our Site, and the "Last updated" date above will be changed. If the revised Privacy Policy contains a material change to how we collect or use personal information, notice of the change will be emailed to you or posted on the Site's home page.
Please revisit this page to familiarise yourself with changes to the Privacy Policy. You agree to accept posting of a revised Privacy Policy as described herein as actual notice to you of such revised Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the collection and use of your information as described in the then-current Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We only ask for the personal information genuinely needed to provide our Services, respond to your enquiry, or meet a legal obligation. Devlura makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and security of the information you share with us. You may choose to provide additional information — in a message or CV, for example — but keep in mind some of it will be necessary if you want a request taken further, such as a job application reviewed.
When you visit our Site, we also store every instance of access in a log file. The following data are stored in this process:
- Computer or mobile device information
- Website from which our domain is accessed and website usage information
- Operating system of your computer
- Country from which our Site is accessed
- Name of your internet provider
- Name and URL of the data accessed
- Date and time of access
- IP address of the accessing computer
Keeping visitor and client information secure, and using it only as you'd want us to, are matters of principle for everyone at Devlura. With that in mind, here is our commitment to every visitor:
- Except as you may otherwise expressly approve, we will limit the collection and use of your information to what we believe would be useful to respond to you, administer our business, or tell you about our Services;
- We will restrict team access to your information to those who need it to provide the Services to you;
- We will maintain commercially reasonable and customary security standards and procedures to protect information about you; and
- We will respond quickly to your request to correct inaccurate information.
Devlura will also gather the names and email addresses of visitors who contact us through the Site with questions about our company or services. We collect this information for the sole purpose of responding to such enquiries and do not retain it beyond what's needed to do that — except where you've asked us to keep it, as with a job applicant's CV kept on file, or a newsletter subscriber's email kept until they unsubscribe.
To run the Site and deliver the Services, we rely on a small number of infrastructure and service providers — including our database host, file-storage provider, and transactional email provider — who process data on our behalf and are bound to use it only for that purpose.
How and Why We Gather Information
We collect personal information at a few specific points on the Site: when you submit our contact form, apply for an open role, or subscribe to our newsletter. In each case, we only ask for what that action needs — for example, your name, email address and message for a contact enquiry, or your CV and portfolio link for a job application.
If you choose to provide this information, you are giving Devlura permission to use and store it consistent with this Privacy Policy. We do not buy personal information from third parties or combine it with outside data-broker records.
Analytics and Tracking Technologies
We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this Site — no ad pixels, no marketing-automation trackers, nothing that profiles visitors for advertising. The only cookie in active use today is the authentication cookie described above, which exists purely to keep an admin session signed in.
If we add a technology of this kind in future — privacy-respecting traffic analytics, for example — we will update this section to name the provider and its purpose before it goes live, not after. A more detailed, itemised breakdown of cookies and similar technologies is maintained in our Cookie Policy.
Notifications and Communications
When you submit our contact form, we send a brief confirmation email so you know we have received your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive periodic updates from us — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by contacting us directly.
We may also reply to messages you send us, and — with your consent — send occasional requests for feedback about your experience with the Site. Responding to these is always voluntary.
Devlura will never email you asking for a password or login credentials. In general, protect yourself against phishing by never providing personal or login information via a link contained in an email — instead, go to the Site directly, and check that its URL is correct.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers who help us run the Site and deliver the Services, or as required by law.
Opt-Out Policy
We may at times send you email communications with newsletter or promotional content. If you prefer not to receive these, you may unsubscribe at any time. Please note that opt-out requests may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process.
Some emails we send are transactional rather than promotional — for example, the confirmation you receive after submitting our contact form. You will not be able to opt out of these while continuing to use the Services, since they exist to confirm the action you just took.
Information Security
We use commercially reasonable security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee the complete safety of your information. It is your responsibility to keep your own credentials confidential.
Security Notifications
If we learn of a security breach affecting your information, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. We may also post a notice on or through the Site in the event of a security breach. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.
Where You Can View and Correct Your Information
We urge you to review the information you have given us to ensure it is correct and complete. If you believe any of it is incorrect, or if you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us at contact@devlura.com.
Links to Other Sites
If you follow any links that direct you away from the Site, this Privacy Policy will not apply to your activity on the other websites you visit. We do not control the privacy policies or practices of any third parties.
International Visitors
The Services may be accessed and used by visitors located anywhere in the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Arab Emirates. If you use the Services from a region with data protection laws that differ from Pakistan's, please note that your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, Pakistan — where Devlura's team operates — and other countries where our service providers host infrastructure. By providing your personal information through the Services, you consent to that transfer.
Children's Privacy Policy
The Devlura Site is not intended for use by children, especially those under eighteen (18) years of age. No one under eighteen (18) is permitted to use the Site, provide any personal information, or receive our email distributions. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under eighteen. If you believe a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to Devlura, please report this to us at contact@devlura.com.
Contact Information
Please contact Devlura with any questions or comments about this Privacy Policy, your personal information, or your choices regarding our collection and use of it, by email at contact@devlura.com or through our contact page. If you believe we have infringed your rights, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
For residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom, please contact contact@devlura.com for requests and enquiries regarding the data we retain, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Social Media Services
Our Site links out to our social media profiles, including LinkedIn. Following one of these links takes you to that platform, which is governed by its own privacy policy — we do not control, and are not responsible for, how it handles your data there.
We do not currently offer social login (for example, "Sign in with Google") or embed social-sharing widgets that track your activity on our Site.
