We treat that work with the same care as the parts a demo would show off, because it's usually what decides whether a product survives contact with real users.
We work in your repository from day one — no separate "engineering sprint" handed off later as a rewrite. TypeScript across the stack, tests where a regression would actually cost you money, and a deploy pipeline that ships small changes constantly rather than one large one everybody is afraid of.

Do you work inside our existing codebase, or start fresh?
Almost always inside it. A rewrite is the exception, not the default — most codebases have more good bones than the team stuck in them day to day gives them credit for.
How long does a product engineering engagement typically run?
A defined build is usually four to twelve weeks. An embedded team is open-ended — most stay on for a year or more once the initial scope proves out.
Can you take over from an existing dev team without disrupting them?
Yes — this is one of the more common ways we get brought in. We embed into your existing standups and board rather than asking you to adopt ours.
